Bootcamps at Sweatbox Training gym!
Every Monday evening 7pm at our Park Farm gym in Folkestone, we will be running outdoor circuit Bootcamps. They will be aimed at everyone, all ages and abilities are welcome to take part.
Sweatbox Bootcamps are designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, and agility.
A typical Bootcamp will vary from Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training to Combat Conditioning plus much more. Each session is designed to make it challenging whilst at the same time fun and interesting.
This type of training can help you to lose weight, build muscle and improve your overall fitness. If you are looking for a challenging and effective workout, boot camp circuit training is a great option
PRICES:
For all gym members - it's totally free.
For all guests - first one is free, then £5 a session there after. No contracts, no commitments, just turn up and have some fun.
FACILITIES:
We have toilet facilities on site and drinks readily available. Water is free, plus some drinks in the fridge for just £1. We have card machines so no need to worry about bringing cash.
PARKING:
At our gym we have a number of spaces available, although at 7pm the whole lot will empty so ample parking will be available.
